Here’s the premise:  Four years after the Jurassic World theme park was closed down, Owen and Claire return to Isla Nublar to save the dinosaurs when they learn that a once dormant volcano on the island is active and is threatening to extinguish all life there. Along the way, Owen sets out to find Blue, his lead raptor, and discovers a conspiracy that could disrupt the natural order of the entire planet.

When I watched the very first JURASSIC PARK movie, it blew me away seeing one of my favorite books come to life in a bigger than life fashion on the big screen. What followed over the years were movies and tours of animatronic dinosaurs that were almost as epic as the dinosaurs themselves; added to this are the new JURASSIC WORLD films that are absolutely on fire.

JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM is a great follow up to JURASSIC WORLD, and does not disappoint in the least. I love that they decided to not do as much CGI, and go for the old fashioned “Hollywood magic” of special effects, and it paid off big time for me.

The script is freaking awesome, and something that I could actually see happening today; especially being that we are so close now to being able to make actually bringing dinosaurs back. Pratt and Howard make a really cute couple and have great chemistry together, and the film is chock full of huge dino-action that absolutely needs to be seen on the big screen.

I highly recommend JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGSOM, and cannot wait for the next film.
