Lily’s List: 3 Ways to Self-Care During the Stressful Holiday Season!

The holiday season has snuck up on us once again. With Thanksgiving in a couple of days and the rush of the holidays coming up, I wanted to share some events going on around town that are focused on self-care and holiday fun! Self-care looks different to different people but the main premise is to do things that are outside of your day to day obligations that truly feed your soul. To some, that’s simply sitting quietly in meditation. To others, it may be attending a concert by an artist they enjoy or sharing a meal with friends.  Here are my top 3 picks when it comes to enjoying and caring for yourself this month.

I’m Lily. A mother, entrepreneur, dancer/choreographer, foodie, fitness professional, and music lover who loves to experience the best of everything. Since moving to Austin 3 years ago I’ve made it a point to jump in and experience all that this city has to offer. You can find me eating chicken wings at the Rolling Rooster, practicing yoga with Grow your Lovespace, on the dancefloor at Body Rock or busting a sweat at Twerk N Burn among other places.
