Here is the premise: David Ghantt (Zach Galifanakis) discovers the true meaning of adventure far beyond his wildest dreams. He is an uncomplicated man stuck in a monotonous life. Day in and day out he drives an armored vehicle, transporting millions of other people’s money with no escape in sight. The only glimmer of excitement is his flirtatious work crush Kelly Campbell (Kristen Wiig) who soon lures him into the scheme of a lifetime. Bad guy wanna-be Steve Chambers (Owen Wilson) comes up with a plan to use Ghantt and leave him holding the bag.

Lots of funny people in this, Owen Wilson, Zach Galifanakis, Kristen Wiig, Jason Sudeikis, and Kate McKinnon; yet it never really got as funny as it should have been. Zach has his moments as the stooge, and everyone else has a few haha moments, but the only one who was truly funny the entire time was Kate McKinnion. McKinnion cracked me up with her deadpan delivery of some of the funniest lines in the movie (especially the outtakes.) I was glad to see Zach Galifanakis go beyond the dopey druggie or drunk guy who never grew up; he sports a country accent for this one and while not firing on all cylinders, is able to work around some situations with logic. It is a decent movie for the most part, I just expected so much more from the caliber of comedians that are in the movie.
