soulciti partnered with Sisters In The Storm, Me and the Bees Lemonade and the Capital City Black Film Festival, to create an afternoon of #blackgirlmagic! 140 young black girls were treated to a free screening of Ava DuVernay’s A Wrinkle In Time complete with concessions.
Following the screening, the girls were treated to free ice cream from Lick’s, courtesy of Huston-Tillotson University and the Greater Austin Black Chamber of Commerce and had the opportunity to meet and greet with Me and the Bee’s CEO and teen-preneur Mikaila Ulmer.
