The “Smart’n Up” Black Male Summit is a specially curated event designed to address the unique needs of Black males. Our program includes powerful speakers, motivational workshops and available resources that assist Black males in succeeding in a world where they have been systematically disenfranchised. We encourage families to bring their sons, grandsons, nephews and neighbors to hear this powerful message. The theme of this year’s Austin summit is “Fight or Flight”; addressing the “disappearing” population of Black people in the Austin area.
