Join us in the Boyd Vance Theatre on Tuesday, June 18, from 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM for a conversation with public scholar, Dr. Marlon M. Bailey. Dr. Bailey is a Black queer theorist and critical/performance ethnographer who studies Black LGBTQ cultural formations, sexual health, and HIV/AIDS prevention. He is the author of Butch Queen Up in Pumps: Gender, Performances, and Ballroom Culture in Detroit.
