There is POWER in MOVEMENT!

Have you heard the saying, “YOUR HEALTH is YOUR WEALTH?! Are you looking for a fun way to either kick-start a movement program or take your workout to another level? Regardless of if you consider yourself a couch potato or a seasoned fitness guru, we have an opportunity for you to come together for a cause. Have you ever been impacted by losing a loved one to suicide or had a mental condition that caused you to have suicidal thoughts?

The proceeds of this event will benefit The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention

May is Mental Health Awareness month. Join us for a multi-level 30-day movement engagement campaign. The intent is to move your body in your neighborhood or a nearby park with a friend or on your own. A support group will be created for you to share your journey and get support and encouragement!

This is an event that you can do from anywhere in the world. There will be giveaways and incentives along the way!! LET’S MOVE TOGETHER!

Benefits of participation: It takes 21 – 30 days to create a habit. Together we can “Better Ourselves”. This is a fundraising event. Together, we get to make life “Better For Others” When we come together to concentrate on ways to “Better Ourselves” and make life “Better For Others”, we are best positioned to “Better Our Community(s)”

Are you a novice-level individual where you just don’t know where to start with your movement journey? We have a solution for you.

30-day challenge: Walk, Run, Bike or Skate to better health – NOVICE Level (select the appropriate ticket aligned with your participation level). NOTE: If you have more in you to challenge yourself, we encourage self-paced movement more or less of what is recommended below.

Don’t worry if you can’t meet all of the requirements below. The important part is to get involved and move your body.

  1. 1 mile for three days in first week (total 3 miles)
  2. 1.5 miles for three days in second week (total 4.5 miles)
  3. 2 miles for three days in third week (total 6 miles)
  4. 3 miles for three days in fourth week (total 9 miles)
  5. Recruit 10 participants to register and help raise funds
  6. Receive a t-shirt
  7. Receive a medal if you fundraise $250 and complete the challenge

GRAND TOTAL – 22.5 miles

Do you consider yourself someone who is active; however, you would like to increase your level of activity? We have a solution for you.

30-day challenge: Walk, Run, Bike or Skate to better health – INTERMEDIATE Level (select the appropriate ticket aligned with your participation level). NOTE: If you have more in you to challenge yourself, we encourage self-paced movement more or less of what is recommended below.

Don’t worry if you can’t meet all of the requirements below. The important part is to get involved and move your body.

  1. 3.1 miles for three days in first week (total 9.3 miles)
  2. 3.1 miles for four days in second week (total 12.4 miles)
  3. 3.1 miles for five days in third week (total 15.5 miles)
  4. 6.2 miles for three days in fourth week (18.6 miles)
  5. Recruit 10 participants to register and help raise funds
  6. Receive a t-shirt
  7. Receive a medal if you fundraise $250 and complete the challenge

GRAND TOTAL MILES – 55.8 miles

Do you consider yourself as athletic; however, you’re looking for a positive way to make a difference while doing something that you enjoy? We have a solution for you.

30-day challenge: Walk, Run, Bike or Skate to better health – EXPERT Level (select the appropriate ticket aligned with your participation level). NOTE: If you have more in you to challenge yourself, we encourage self-paced movement more or less of what is recommended below.

Don’t worry if you can’t meet all of the requirements below. The important part is to get involved and move your body.

  1. 3.1 miles for three days in first week (total 9.3 miles)
  2. 3.1 miles for four days in second week (total 12.4 miles)
  3. 6.2 miles for three days in third week (total 18.6 miles)
  4. 6.2 miles for four days in fourth week (24.8 miles)
  5. Recruit 10 participants to register and help raise funds
  6. Receive a t-shirt
  7. Receive a medal if you fundraise $250 and complete the challenge
