Here’s the premise: Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok, the destruction of his home world and the end of Asgardian civilization, at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela.

While okay, the first two Thor movies were not movies I would re-watch; however, Thor: Ragnarok is one I would watch again and again. The difference is the humor, something that Marvel has gotten better at perfecting. “Guardians of the galaxy” was tops when doing this, and Thor: Ragnarok just picked up the gauntlet and ran with it, and made a dang good movie in the process.

The acting is fantastic, with Hemsworth, who was born to play Thor, leading the pack. Hemsworth does a great job carrying the bulk of the movie, while Jeff Goldblum steals a lot of the scenes as the evil and funny Grandmaster. Kate Blanchett makes us love to have her as the evil Hela, the main villain of the movie.

Thor: Ragnarok is the whole package, great story, awesome action, and smart aleck humor that Marvel is so good at. I whole heartedly recommend it, definitely worth seeing on the big screen.
