On Sunday, July 7, 2024, the Round Rock Police Department announced that a third suspect from the Old Settlers Park shooting last month had been arrested.
On Saturday, July 6, Keshawn Dixon, 18, was arrested in Killeen, Texas, and transported to the Bell County Jail. He is charged with deadly conduct, a third-degree felony, with the possibility of additional charges.

On Friday, June 21, a second suspect, a male juvenile, was also taken into custody regarding the incident and was transported to the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center.
This investigation is still ongoing, and the Round Rock Police Department continues to pursue leads involving additional suspects.
