Fellow movie-goers: Laugh out loud funny all the way through.
#NOSpoilers but y’all need to go see Black Panther. First y’all need to understand that I am so not into comic books or superheros generally. I loved the old Superman movies with Christopher Reeves (dating myself) and the Wonder Woman t.v. show (Lynda Carter).
Fellow movie-goers: Absolutely one of the best superhero movies Marvel has given us.
Fellow movie-goers: While the FIFTY SHADES films showed S & M could be romantic, the newest shows that suspense can be boring.
Each month, we’re bringing you some of the amazing Black films gracing the big screen in the new bScene’s Black Films Coming to the Big Screen.
Before we get into the advice I’m about to give y’all, let me just say “Ain’t GOD good?” Black folks appear to be winning bigly – if you don’t count Monique and Matthew Knowles.
Have you ever yearned to understand where you fit in your surroundings? Have you ever tried to figure out your purpose within an existence?…
Fellow movie-goers: Great stand-alone film, while still keeping the connections of the franchise.
Fellow movie-goers: Interesting topic, but the movie got a little preachy about our environment and what we have “done to it.”
Decent movie, I enjoyed the update to a video game instead of a board game.
Fellow movie-goers: Great bridge from the old generation to the new generation, can’t wait for the next chapter.
Fellow movie-goers: Beautiful movie about life and death, and connecting to your past.
